Although the university\u2019s digital platform allows students to complete all procedures remotely, many still require technical guidance \u2014 prompting FUTB to provide structured, on-ground assistance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>FUTB Sets Up Help Desks for a Smooth Registration Experience<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>In an effort to ensure no student is left behind, the university\u2019s Centre for Information Technology (CIT) now operates two physical service points:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong>CIT Permanent Campus<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Academic Office, Take-off Site<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>These centres are staffed with trained personnel who help students handle issues such as login difficulties, payment confirmation errors, document uploads and other common online registration challenges.
